At ElkShape, we stand behind the durability of our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your gear.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the tracking number is saved for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
